| Booz Allen Hamilton Aviation Training Analyst, Mid in Albuquerque, New Mexico Key Role: Assist with the development and documentation of The Space Mishap Investigation Course (SMIC) Period of Instruction (POI) for the Air Force Safety Center (AFSEC) Space Safety Division (SES). Negotiate Air Education and Training Command (AETC) requirements for approval and implementation of the 10 day resident SMIC. Investigate and resolve developmental, administrative, and policy obstacles that may impede timely initiation of the course. Provide Space-centric technical support and advice to SES government staff and advise government staff on Air Force Space Safety course development strategy, policy, procedure, and methods. This position requires work on client site and is located in Albuquerque, NM. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with writing training documentation, including lesson plans and periods of instruction -Experience with Air Force space operations and safety investigations -Knowledge of Air Force educational standards and practices -Secret clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with USAF Space Acquisition -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related technical field preferred -Graduate of the Aviation Mishap Investigation Course (AMIC) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
